Well, the person who bought the 4,600 mile TTA on eBay yesterday waited until the last three seconds of the auction to make the winning bid.

I'm sure the reserve price on this hardtop is far above the minimum bid.

16,700K seems like a good price for the buyer, even with the bad rear spoiler and head gasket!

Only went up to 24001 car is definitely worth more than that. Of course I am pretty biased.

In this market and this economy that is about the number I thought it would go. I was actually going to offer him 25K for the car. The way the market is right now 25K for that car is ALL the money. I've been watching the prices of these cars and turbo Buick's for a long time now.

No car in particular. Just what the market on these cars has shown over the years in general rounded off on how the market has been lately. The day it hit eBay I thought to myself I would be surprised if it went to 25K. I know that's easy to say now that it's ran it's course, but from what I've seen out there in the overall market of these cars that's what it's worth IMO. Sad to say but eBay pretty much sets the market value of just about anything.
