TPS-TEC

hey guys, I think this is a stupid question, but I have a TPS-TEC from Caspers part number G41F 102017, on the their website, it list it for the F-Body, but 93-2002, does this work on our cars? I know a guy who has a 86 GN with what looks like the same thing, guess I will have to try it and see, if not, it should work on my 94 Trans Am.
Any info would be great guys !!

Rob

Re: TPS-TEC

I remember seeing those back in the 90's at the Buick events. I think it's a gimmicky thing myself. I figure that with proper fuel supply and chip that this wouldn't be needed. I don't see anyone using these anymore.

Re: TPS-TEC

You don't need it as long as your TPS is adjusted correctly. All it does is once your TPS reaches like 80% throttle it just pegs the signal to 100%.
