fuel filter

Please tell me where the fuel filter is on my 89 TTA. I can't easily see under the car, so just need to know about where it is.

I was able to get under and take a couple pics of what looks like the filter, it is up high just next to the gas tank. The car has had a lot of work done on it and the filter maybe is not in the original location. It's going to be pretty hard to remove. See pics

its under the driverside in front of rear wheel
my lines arent original but the filter and bracket are in the original position
