What temperature does second fan kick on?

My car was running at 2:20230. The second fan wasn’t kicking on what temperature should it turn on? It only comes on when the AC switch is engaged.

I fixed the problem. I just connected the two fans and they come on at the same time.

How did you go about connecting them? Im in the arizona heat and would love both fans on all the time honestly lol
