thanks Robert, got service record with the car and see your name on a bunch of them, did the AC work when you had it? not working now gotten it it going ned ac out here in the desert.

No it never worked when i had it but if i remember right the friend that i bought it from said it had a slow leak but i never had it checked...

Besides i put a new te44 ball bearing turbo on it so i didn't care about the A/C or radio.. having too much fun with a car that sounded like a 747 taking off..lol

lol cool, its got a stock turbo and 42lb injectors on it now gonna keep it that way for awhile gotta get the ac working out here thou daily temps in the summer are over 100. when it could off ill post a pic.

Yeah i took the te44 off and paid $750 for what i thought was a NOS Garrett turbo but turned out to be a low mileage reman that Garrett did under warranty... but it works fine... i think Cliff changed the injectors.. i returned it back to stock as it was 100% orig.and basically a unmolested one owner car when i bought it.

yea he put 42's on it with a TT chip, gonna do maintenance on it probably change the timing chain since a friend had his break and drive it like it is. i got a buick with a lot of performance mods so ill keep this car as original as i can for now.

Yep, that and valve springs.. not sure if Cliff did them.

don't think so ill do those to, got a spare set of sensors for the buick i'll probably swap those out and put my translator and ls1 mad on it. out changing fluids now.

It had a translator and lt1 maf on it when it left my house.

got stock may and airbox on it now i got an extra translator and mad from my buick i'll put on after smog. i need to get my hands on an aftermarket downpipes if you ever come across one let me know.

Congrats on the car. After reading the back and forth seems like alot of parts have been swapped on that car. Hopefully you get her back to stock.

Nothing like that.. when you drive a car instead of looking at it there will be maintenance...lol

Comon Robert a different turbo is not what normal people call "maintenance"

It is when said turbo can kill every mosquito in a 3 mile radius...

lol turbo upgrade may be in the future, would like to find a downpipes too.
