After Market Oil Breather

i need to replace the hose on this breather. I’ve not seen anything like it. I know it’s not stock. Any suggestions as to where I could locate at least the hose part? Overall length including the breather is just 3.5”.

That is the stock rubber elbow for the valve cover vent tube .... I believe Highway Stars carry them and I’ve seen them in the Help section as well (just check the size before buying).
