The top part of the cutout is even with the top side of the T-Top tie down support bracket. I'll have to get the other dimension off my template.

Can this mod be done with the tank in place?

And...can anyone who has done this, post some measurements from a common point of reference? ...and of course size of the opening.

You have to cut. Nice and slow.

you have to cut the lines...unless you lower the tank but then that be defeating the purpose and convenience of the access panel. Use regular fuel line on all but the main...that one needs "fuel injection" line and double clamp each end just to be safe.

The cutout is 6" wide x 10" long...if you don't have t-tops (guessing the brackets won't be there) start 2" from the top.

Very nice work Jason! The riv nuts are great...we use the PEM nuts all the time plus I have the installation tool so they were the obvious choice for me. Basically the same thing though.
