Broken exhaust hanger

I noticed a banging on my way to work yesterday and that the left tips on my exhaust were hanging quite a bit lower than they should be. I got under there tonight the the hanger on the drivers side is broken where it attaches to the car. The part in question is welded to the muffler and has two big bolts holding it to the car. It snapped right where it joins the body before the bolts. I also have some holes in the inlet pipe where it goes into the muffler and several thin spots.

I need some recommendations on options and the related costs.

I think I need to do something quickly because it appears to be putting quite a strain on the mounts on the passenger side. I have not been able to get the car on a lift yet to see the condition of the pipes farther up stream.

Is our muffler the same as on a regular GTA?

I was able to have a local exhaust shop weld a new hanger on which is a temporary fix. Since I have some holes in the pipe, I would still appreciate any advice on a replacement system.
