Car Cover - same as GTA?

I'm getting ready to order a new car cover (got a little Christmas ca$h to help)... #545 came with a cover, but it sort of fits like a tent - and I really like the flannel-lined cotton.
None of the sources show the TTA as a "trim" option, but they do show GTA.
Sorry, but I'm not 100% sure if the cover would be the same.
Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

I was pretty sure that I remembered that only the "badges" are different between TTA and GTA, but wasn't sure.
I'm thinking flannel-lined cotton (either Cover Craft or Calif Car Cover Co.) since I like the extra-soft on the paint & it is only for inside use.
 
I have CalCar Covers for the TTA and the MSE. They are the "softweave". I like them because they are lightweight. Both are custom embroidered. They are really only good for indoors. The MSE was a custom order because of the "aero tail" wing. They did a great job of making it-it fits great. The other cars have "standard" type covers that came with the cars. If I were to buy another I would go with CCC. Heres a picture of the cover on the MSE when it was in the other garage.

I just ordered the cover ("Plushweave"/ GTA with mirror pockets) and a set of those "better than a towel" seat covers that you mentioned in another thread from Calif Car Cover Co.

You are very welcome. Sorry for encouraging you to spend all your hard earned money. I think you will be happy with their products. Made in the USA too! I got the infamous car duster and "mini" for Christmas!:cheers:
 
I bought an "outdoor use" cover from CCCCo a while back to use on the Tiger when we travel to conventions and such (sometimes car is outside for a week or more when travelling) and was very happy with their product and customer service. I also have a couple of the "dusters".
I am also loving that they are "made in USA" (insert "Flag smilie" here).
I figure that a collectible car deserves a nice fitted blanket :)

The Hot Rod Power Tour stopped at the Cover Craft facility and manufacturing plant in OK this year and they provided a bbq lunch. Got to see how their covers are made and the people that make them!
 
I bought a Covercraft flannel lined cover for the GN with a little Chri$tma$ gift help back in 2009... fits like the proverbial glove.

took the cover off the tta for this pic. You can se my 99 SS camaro behind it with its 14yr old noah cover and it fits well . the blue cover is a noah under it is a factory bb 68 RS/SS camaro

Got the cover and "installed" about 2 weeks ago, took this photo last weekend. The TTA now "looks better" under that fitted cover :)

Looks good Mark. Did you notice when ordering the embroidery option? Got Turbo TA and MSE #55 embroidered on mine. It was extra but since they are both F bodies I can tell which is which without lifting the cover. LOL!

I did note the various "options" - some are pretty cool :cool:- like the embroidery and that reflective piping.
Fortunately(?), all of our cars are "different shapes", so even under the covers they are pretty easy to tell apart :rolleyes:
Plus, by the time I added the 2 "seat towels" and the shipping to this order - I wasn't adding any more $$... can only "justify" so much for fun :(
