Clay bar issue

Hello All ,yesterday I tried the clay bar on my Tta and a did a complete hand wax job after ! This was all completed in the garage .latter on with the garage light on I could see a lot of dull areas and faint scratches ! I used plenty of spray while using the clay bar ,so the area I was working was plenty moist!
But I'm concerned I may have screwed up the clear coat, I used meguires cleaner wax after the clay ,which I've used in the past without incident.
I just want to see if there's another product I can use to bring back some of the areas that just don't look right , when I noticed an area with some discoloration I rubbed the clay a little harder, but still with plenty of spray .
Any help would be greatly appreciated !
Thanks!

As a matter of fact, I clay barred my TTA last night, and now I am waxing it, should be done soon.

I use Jax Wax Liquid Carnauba Paste Wax and sometiimes use the Jax Wax Cherry Wax, for light inperfections.

Always have had excellent results with the Jax Wax products. Even use their product on the interior as well as the exterior.

Their wax is so easy to use, you can wax your whole car before removing it and it can be applied in direct sunlight.

The clay bar may have caused your problem. Might have been too much contaminants in it. Were you using a fresh clay bar? I try to use a fresh one each time. I usually clay bar once a year. And when I did it this time it did not need it that much.

The finnesse from Jax Wax might be good with out damaging your clear coat. I have used their Swirl remover before.
