I get a number of questions on this topic so thought I would post here about it ..
The 2 TTA specific radiator hoses along with the two TTA specific heater hoses (so back of engine into the firewall on the passenger side).
These were all (so the upper and lower radiator hoses as well as the 2 heater hoses) made by Gates for the aftermarket and available with the Gates part numbers, NAPA part numbers as well as GM part numbers however Gates have stopped making them since maybe 2 years back and are depleting their inventory and only the upper radiator hose along with one of the 2 heater hoses are still available.
Only source I know of that still advertise the complete set is carmotorsports.com
For the upper radiator hose you can get one here:

For the one heater hose available:

So the two ebay listings shows you the only 2 that Gates still stocks along with the Gates part numbers; if you need some I would go get them while available ... prices will differ where you get them but I remember buying them for much less.
