Dusting off after long sleep

Hey all
I have two 89 TTA's
I am just pulling the one out of the garage after a five year sleep
I did all the normal stuff but here is the obvious problems.
Years ago i had an adjustment knob out on so as to adjust the boost pressure while driving. Now it seems to stay right at the 12 psi mark when floored. I just put in a new fuel pump and oh yea Im running DFI so its not a chip issue. Is it a vacuum line or something? Any knowlegable stpe by step advice is welcome.

Also, my 9bolt rear is whining like a little girl. Anybody have parts for these rears yet?

Check your vacuume lines for a broken line or leaky one for the boost issue. I would also thing the Y vac. line for the turbo might be bad. They don't last long on our cars. Don't know much on the rear.
