Festival cars

Hello again gang,as my search is on now for a TTA,I have a question about the Festival cars, I tried a search and came up with nothing on this question.
Did they or did they not come with a owners kit because they all had the decals put on them for Indy ?
And do the festival cars try and fetch more money than an equivalent condition/miles leather car?
Quite honestly I could care less about the leather vs. the cloth,makes no diff to me ,I like them both.
Just like to know as I shop,and if I find a festival car,if its premium would be higher that I would have to pay.

The owners kit in general was supposed to be sent directly to the person that bought the car, so I suspect the dealership had to order it and PVL Inc sent them out direcly to the owner.

However for the festival cars I'm not sure but I presume the same process should have been used once these TTAs where sold to the emplyees.

BUT many owners never got the ownerskits is my understanding and I suspect the dealerships just forgot about it or didn't bother to get the order in for the kit.

Oh you mihgt have seen the price of the kit back in 1989 .... $60 USD over the GM parts counter
