Front End "clunk"

when backing out if my steep driveway with my wheels turned, there is a a series of loud clunks. My '86 TA does the same thing. Does anyone know what it might be?

Walk beside it while someone else is backing it out to recreate the issue. My GN started making a nice clucking noise when letting off the brake...turns out the alignment shims came out of the upper A-arm and it was shifting around when being unloaded from releasing the brake, you could see the wheel/brake disc shifting when the brake was released.

Thanks! I'll attempt that when the weather gets a little nicer!
