Fuel guage not working.

So is it the guage that usually is at fault or the sending unit? I'm getting ready to put a pump in my tta so I'm hoping that a new sending unit will fix it. Does anyone know what the correct sending unit is for our cars?

I guess it could be either one, not sure who sells a oem tta hanger but i have a racetronix hanger i removed from my GN you can try though i'm not sure they interchange.
Joe Telesca at Innovative parts (602-750-2088) is in the process of making a billet hanger with DW pump and hotwire for TTA's but they are not cheap, if it's the cluster you will most likely have to send the whole thing off for repair... doubt that will be cheap either.

The GN hanger will not work in a transam tank. I'm almost positive the tta sending unit is a standard V8 tpi one. I'm gonna test my sending unit first to make sure it's not bad. I'm getting ready to stick in a dw 300 also. Can't wait to see how fast thing is on e85 with the new 6266. Just need a lockup converter now

I am pretty shore it is a standard third gen hanger unit.I don’t think is a tta specific part.i installed one on my tta.

I did verify that my sending unit was bad. Ordering a new unit soon
