When I added fuel to my tank I noticed a leak at the bottom center. I started searching for tanks on the internet. Most are 14 gallons with the caution to check tank size prior to ordering. The 89 Firebird owners manual says my tank is "approximately" 15.5 gallons. Rock Auto only has the 14 gallon tanks for my year. Is that a suitable replacement? Should I just get Red kote and reseal the old tank?
