G-TECH with Turbo Tweak

I put the Chip in a few nights ago. I use a g-tech ss for the test. WOW, Last time with 2 people I ran a 14.03 and trapped 103.8 mph. This time, with just me in the car and a half talk of gas I ran a 13.44 with correction? (he explained) and trapped 105.01 mph. My Air/fuel ratio was between 11:7 to 12:8 with the LM1. I am now running apox. 16.5 lbs boost with 1-3 knock. I am going to turn down the boost today. Well one run I had a slight knock and the other I didn't. I spun the tires all the way through first on the first run when the knock occured. Next time I mashed it, I had none. This was my experience so far. Little more tuning to do. Joe

I am safe. I go one this back road where no one usually travels. I found out from a few good mechanics that my tuner is a turbo/supercharger (a go fast) guy. I was wondering why he made me get the Adj. Fuel Reg, Volt Booster, bung in the exhaust and a new chip. He gutted my Cat as well and encouraged me to get that Hooker System.
You should have seen his face when I installed the TT chip. He was reading the documention and was so impressed. He must have said "wow" about 50 times. He said the Chip was amazing. For the first time he said "How did he do this"? instead of trying to justify the technology. He could not believe how adjustable the chip is. Bad Ass Chip, he kept saying.

Well I am done. No more GO FAST PARTS for me for a while. I love the way it is running. This TTA Sings.

Cool dude, Was all the difference was the chip change from 14.03 to 13.44?

He turned the fuel pressure up to 47.5 from about 40 lbs , installed the NEW Casper Volt Booster and I put in the TT Chip. He also turned up the boost about 1-1.5 lbs he claimed. I left the hole at 2200 RPM instead of 1500 RPM used the first runs by him. Yes, I was by myself. I was VERY pleased. My 0-60 time was under 5 seconds indicated by the G-tech. I could not believe I trapped 105.01 mph . That is very fast for me.

I know when he set it at 47-48 lbs then when he gave it some juice it hit around 53 lbs? Does that sound right?

I know for a fact he set the TPS at .42 volts at idle and 4.70 volts at W.O.T.

He was wondering what your fuel pressure is at WOT. Usually it goes up as the boost does. If you are at 8 lb of boost you should be at 47.5+8=55.5 ect.

Those TPS numbers are great too.

YOU NOW NEED ALKY CONTROL!
You won't believe the difference..

Yeah, it would be cool to see how a car like Joe's would respond to Alky at this stage of modification. You still have pretty much stock set-up and totally stock motor. When the dump pipe gets added it's gonna get wilder and then if you put alky on you may get in the mid 12's with some traction.
And I was wondering what your fuel pressure was at your current boost setting. I run mine at 62lbs at 22lbs of blower pressure. Any more and it sours. Sounds good, keep posting up results.
