Help me out

If the Buick GN's and TTA's have the same 109 block then would it be safe to say that if it works in the GN's block it will work for the TTA's as well? Here is the site for the Strocker Kit I am looking at, that is in question of if it will work in the TTA's http://www.buickgn.com/strokerkit.htm Some of you might even be interested in it like I am. Thanks to all that has helped me with the things I've needed to know. People around here does not think that the TTA's has the any thing to it to run that fast. I am dieing to prove them wrong!

I think its the same block and different heads.

You really dont need to stroke it to go fast...

Block is the same and yes the heads/headers and some minor parts are different. Also different pistons. TTA Crank been cross drilled.

I just got the stroker kit put in my TTA engine. I had to order custom made pistons for it to have the right compression ratio.

As others mentioned, you don't need the stroker kit to go fast. The reason I went with a stroker kit was for low RPM torque. The stock stroke would probably work better with high RPM's - just depends what your goals/priorities are.

Hang around on these board for a while and you'd learn tons of information. Almost every new TTA owner at some time asked the question - what mods should I do first/next to make my car faster. There are plenty of formulas now that are proven and that work well.

Get a bigger Turbo, Injectors, Fuel Pump upgrade, Downpipe and Alky. Maybe after that look into a converter.

Talk to Jason his car moves...

What are your goals? I went 12.90 @ 108 back in 1992 with a cutout on the stock DP, K&N, octane booster with 92 pump gas, adjustable wastegate set @ 19 psi. Stock chip and the hard ass GS radials. These cars will go fast with no internals mods and bolt ons. But as the above stated, ported heads will make it flux capacitor bad a$$!!. I've yet to that, but I do want to now that I have an additional $13 a week in my pay check!! thanks BHO!
I went 12.11 @ 113 with just bolt ons spinning, the 3rd trip down the 1/4 on a warm night about 4 years ago. Good luck, then again you don't need all that much luck with a turbo Buick.

Uhmmmm...our payroll gal told me it will be $7.70 after taxes....sorry...dude...

Haha, yeah, I know I was laughing about that this weekend with my brother. We guessed about $8 after tax, but yeah no shit. What a joke. I can eat ground sirloin now instead of that rancid old ground chuck! haha
thanks BHO:fuckkk:,

Sorry to make it political, I'm trying to take this economic cluster fuc4 ass whipping with a smile
