Just Got Replacement TTA

After regretting selling my TTA (#1158) about 4 years ago and missing the Turbo rush...I was able to purchase an exceptional replacement car from Jerry Lane in Tennessee last weekend. Jerry was the original owner...car has always been garaged...never been in the rain and has only 544 miles on it. It is exceptional...perfect in every respect...with new car smell and plastic still on the floor...and I want to thank him for his willingness to part with this car and sell it to me.

Of course, I sold all my extra parts/manuals/owner's manual four years ago when I sold my original TTA so I am now in the process of getting manuals etc. and plan to enjoy my new TTA.
 
congrats on the purchase, a nice low miler is awesome to have.
What are your plans? Are you going to keep the miles down or do you plan to drive it and feel that turbo rush daily??
I love the tta feeling.
 
I have some other car toys as you can see by my signature....and it will be hard not to drive the TTA a lot......but I plan to do limited dry weather driving and get a boost fix every so often with my TTA.
 
Wow - some heavy hitters in your stable and you still came back to the TTA! Congrats on the purchase. Any pics?
 
Awesome and congrats on the purchase! I regret selling my ttop car so another to enjoy and drive may be in my future or start driving the hardtop car periodically.

I'd like to congratulate you Jerry,that is an awesome find !!!!! More power to you if you can bring your self to drive it,as I couldn't.I have a time capsule like that,an 87 GN with 1,400 miles on it,and can't bring myself to drive it.With miles this low,just seems like a crime to add more to them.Hence,I have 2 87 GN's,one to look at,and one to drive.
My TTA has 16k orig miles now,and even at that I drive it sparingly,maybe 300 miles a year or so.
Would love to see pics of it !!!!!
