Hey Kid ... not yet. Waiting to hear from a couple of guys. I'm amazed at ebay sellers who don't respond to inquiries while putting less than sufficient information in their ads.

My main possibility is in Illinois ... 19K mile car - all original - waiting on underbody pics with a report from muffler shop on condition of exhaust.

Hey PhillyD, If this is the same car it is my neighbors. Is it the one that was on ebay that is located in Washington Illinois with 19,000 miles?

There's 2 in Illinois with 20k miles. I think one is in Washington. Really nice guy I spoke with over the phone (Bob) and I'm waiting on him to get me some more info. I was the high bidder on his auction but reserve wasn't met. I'm also the high bidder on the 2k mile car on ebay and I probably won't get outbid BUT the owner is being unrealistic with his expectations. The other one is closer to Chicago with 20k miles but it took 4 days for the seller to get me any info ... very frustrating and that's what they do for a living? When I owned my own business I always got people the info they wanted if they were going to spend their own coin ... I always respected that.

Now there's the one going off in minutes on ebay ... 10K with 64k miles. Nice car ... the owner didn't respond to any question I had for awhile and I just heard back ... now I've got 40 minutes to decide. lol

There are cars all over the place actually. Very few are actually selling and the ones that are are mostly under 10k.

Oh ... the 10K car is in Chicago as well. Go figure ... Illinois is packed with TTA's??? lol

I ran into the ame thing on the long distance cars. I looked at Mikes and then looked at a few more 3 in MI 1 in OH and ended up with the local car.

I think u made the right choice KID ... hopefully I'll get to make the same choice. I didn't go for the $10,000 car ... not enough pics and he didn't respond until 40 minutes to go! lol lol Anyway ... I'll keep looking and maybe this one in Illinois will pan out. It seems like it could be a similar car to Mike's. But until then I'll be driving my 70 GTO Convertible 4spd, 455, with factory Ram Air (this is the only one known with this combo) with my wife as we hang out at the Plymouth Coffee Bean!!

I moved this conversation from one of the 4 sale posts as it had nothing to do with the item/s for sale ... and added the title ... should have been PhillyD and new TTA and not you Kid but could not find a way to change it after I realised the mistake :-)
