My son got an internship for the summer with Honda of America in Marysville, OH. He is working in the research and development area. They moved him down there and put him up in a nice condo. He is getting paid.
The team is going to Las Vegas and out west next month to test some of the "yet to be released" models. They will be doing a lot of the same tests Scott Kelly talked about and mentions on the PAS website with emmisions and heat tolerance etc.
He is also at the TRC test track driving these prototypes. I think its just really cool he is doing things that our TTA's went thru during development.
What a great opportunity for him! Getting paid to drive cars!!
A lot of the stuff is confidental, so I dont know what the cars are like. He said the cars will be camoflauged when they are out west.
