Listing on E-Bay

Welcome to the boards Chris! Glad to hear your looking to get back in. I've been watching that car on ebay. It's been listed many times. The market is really really soft right now so it's hard to move a car like that and get the number he wants. With those miles I wonder if you'll be able to even drive it. The tires must be god awful dry rot and hard as a rock. I ran into a few really low mile TTA's and they didn't weather well. Injectors had rust in them. All types of fuel line/tank issues. Shame too someone put a front plate on such a low mile car. Looks all stock and looks to be all there. If you are serious I'd take a flight out there and check it out in person. White hides a lot in pictures!

Pull the VIN number from the auction and Google it. You will find two previous auctions for it this year where it did not sell and a for sale listing on another site for around $22k.
 
I have a low mile tta and it has always been kept in a climate controlled storage garage and there is no rust on injectors or anyting at all. but the tires are new as the original gator tires were dry rotted for sure.

i think if the car is stored well it should be just like new. :thumbup:
 
i just looked closely at the ebay pics and it looks like the passanger side sail panel is missing but yet it is there on the drivers side????
for the money that the seller is gonna want it better have two sail panel emblems.

It's there, look at the first picture. The other picture there is just a bad reflection in it. Looks like a really nice car.
 
Thanks guys for the input; I still have to get rid of my '96 Viper before I actually pull the trigger on a TTA; with the market the way it is, I'm not sure anyone will be selling anything for fair market value anytime soon. I'm sure that guy is into the car for at least 25 - 30K, if not more, and the auction only went up to 22K, so I'm sure he will hanging on to the car for quite some time before the market starts to swing back in the other direction; drop me a line if anyone comes across a low mileage TTA for sale......
