Motor Cooling Fan

Can someone tell me if the cooling fan motor is the same for the GN's as it is in the TTA?

Is there a place we can get all the part numbers for all the parts in the TTA (I'm sure this includes most of the GTA as well.)

I have a Master Parts Catalog for Pontiac from the 50's - 70's but nothing for our cars. It would be extremely helpful ...

Do a search for 1982-92 F-body Parts & Illustration manual. That will list all the part numbers. I think the TTA had different fans due to packaging.

Jan you are the best ... thank you so much!

TurboTA ... good call. Ebay selling a CD version that can be printed for $32.00 ... that may be a good investment.

Fans are the same as any TPI f body, they modified the shroud to fit around the fans.

One thing to remember when looking for TTA parts, they shared almost nothing with the GN and almost everything with the GTA - and only a handful of parts are TTA specific.

Yep GN would be engine parts only, and ECM but then the TTA have some unique parts like heads, headers, wireharness, some of the brackets etc

Also the 3rd Gen Camaro's share a large number of parts ...

The GM Parts and Illustration Guide for both the Firebird and the Camaro is very usefull to see which year donor car you should be looking for if you need to source parts, new or used.

I got a pdf version of the Firebird GM Parts and Illustration Guide and could not live without it ... I will see if I can post it on-line with some login access for people on these boards only ... will take a few weeks but will start looking at it.

Thanks Jan for all your help! You're awesome ... got an NOS antenna coming at a great price (I think!)

Does anyone have the bezel and nut for sale? I'm thinking that the new antenna would not have them as part of the package?
