Neat find NOS TTA sunshades in the box. Last set from GM

Just recently on eBay was a set of sunshades. No box, no instructions, and only one piece of velcro. Over the years I've gathered a few really good sorces for NOS GM parts. One of them went around a year ago to a ton of dealers and took in all their inventory of discontinued part numbers. So in this auction the seller put the part number. I start looking around making some calls and one dealer in California had a set on the shelf. I called and confirmed they were the right ones. Even the box said 89 TTA sunshades that looks like someone from 89 put on there. So here they are.. the last set of NOS in the GM box sunshades! I love nos parts! At this point I think I'll put them away for some years! As for what I paid for them.. well I don't want to many people to hate me but lets say they were ALOT cheaper then the ones sold for on eBay :shock: How many of you guys still have these in the original GM box? Just wondering how many are out there.

I also scanned the instructions in case anyone needs them! Just let me know and I'll send the full size file!

I still have my originals in the box. I had no idea they mounted with stickies. Who would do that?!

GM did that. That was the way they came. What you see is actually velcro. I guess one piece sticks to the car and one on the glass to keep them from sagging. I never checked to see if the ones in my TTA have the velcro. I've never taken them out.

I still have mine new in the box.
Never even opened the box!
I also have a spare set, but again, I don't use them.
