hey anyone know where i can find a flexable breather duct to go from the breather to front fender i have an 1981 nascar edition t/a that i am restoring and am hoping to get into the detroit autorama this year the car is basically complete accept for a few finishing touches it has a 301 turbo in it but i believe that the measurement across it is about 4 1/8 inches a good used one will do or if anyone knows where i can find a new one i would appreciate it thanks bill

Also check www.transamcountry.com there's a lot more 81 Turbo TA owners on that website. This site is mainly 89 TTAs but we don't discriminate and there's a few 80-81 TTA guys on here but they don't post very often.

You may want to check out Ebay, Performance Years, or Classical Pontiac on the internet, besides all the big places like Year One, and Classic Ind.

no I never really posted there very much, I occasionally check it out when I get really bored. If I knew more about things that my dad needed for his car or if he ever figured out what he was going to do with his car I'd be looking on there more.

My first car was a '72 Firebird.
I sold it and miss it.
I do still have my first Trans Am, a 455 1974 Trans Am.
It's in pieces now, but it's mine, and paid for (since 1979).

Haha the early 2nd gen firebirds is probably my favorite car. It was my dads first car and I'd love to help him out with it but he hasn't touched it in like 3 years now so it doesn't really give me any motivation either. Although I would like to own one myself it's hard for me to really read into them without owning or working on one.
