New Member to TTA

Hey everybody, I'm JR. I've had number 1276 since Aug 2002 from Steve Johnson in Bristol TN. In addition, I've been a member of the Minnesota Grand National T-Type Association since 1992. I've made the following mods to my car:
-Champion Iron Heads
-208/208 Hydraulic Roller Cam
-Diamond-Forged Pistons
-RJC Girdle
-John Craig 67 Turbo
-RAZORS Alky Kit with two nozzles
-Gen II MAF Pro from Full Throttle
-Usual other mods

I'm planning on switching to E85 and the FAST system over the long Minnesota winter. I love GN's and T-Types (I've had one of each), but nothing makes me open my checkbook faster than the TTA! The car has been to the track once at 19 psi with a 2.39 60 ft time and 11.83 at 126.8. In Minnesota, we don't get a lot of time to play with our cars and drag strips are too far away. Anyway, enough of the boring details... Looking forward to hearing from the forum.

Welcome!

11.38 @ 126MPH with that 60' times is really hustlin'...imagine what 1.75 or better 60' foot would net you! And at 19 psi of boost!

Howdy!:cowboy: Damn! Like WS6 said, with a 1.7's 60ft you be haulin a ton of ass!, Crank that sweetheart up to 24 psi and really rip!!. you got razor's alky! It'll do it! welcome dude.

WOW! @ 126 dude that's knocking right on the door of a ten second ride with a 1.8 sixty foot time!!

I'd like to see that car run, I bet after 150ft that thing just squats and launches like it came out of a cannon.

Damn that car is scootin!

Did you modify the k-member or the oil pan on this particular car for the girdle to fit?

Weather still good out here. Hard to stop playing outside with cars. When winter settles down i'll have a lot more time to talk on the computer.
