everything works but car will not start due to no spark. Do these vehicles have fusible links and would that be the issue if so?

Do you have crank signal and check the coil pack module.

Take the coil pack apart and see what it looks like
Thank you everyone as thank God for all these posts between here and turbobuicks. So what it was, was the harness connector for the module. One of the first tests is to test P and M on the connector for 12V. P was dead....went to fuse block and tested all the fuses and almost went past fuse F/P-INJ2 as I tested only one leg and was good except other leg was not. Golden rule is test both legs of a fuse. Put in new 10AMP fuse and we are all good!
