Hopefully this is'nt a repeat question,but I picked up the rear main seal(felpro)and pan gasket,also felpro.Everywhere I check there is only one available,and its rubber.I always use cork or impregnated rubber/cork for pan gaskets,just seems the way to go.But can't seem to find anything else.Is this what all of you that have recently done your rear main seals have used,and did it work out with no leaks?Thanks,Paul
Also,what looks to be the item that would hit the wiper motor being described to be removed for the job,is the EGR solenoind,looks like that can be taken off easier,and would be the only thing to hit,even the coil pack does'nt look like it would hit anything?
