Power antenna

Quite a long time ago my cable went bad, so I disconnected the antenna. Just recently plugged it back in and no motor humming, so I'm assuming the motor is dead. If that's the case, can you replace the motor that's attached to the housing? I've heard stories of bad fits and inferior quality with aftermarket antennas and would prefer to replace the nylon cable and motor. Any suggestions as to where to find a replacement motor (other than a salvage yard), if they can even be purchased?

Thanks

I had a gentlemen named Barney Eaton rebuild mine. Very happy with it so far. But I only needed a cable. Can't hurt to ask him.

Please note the date on this post. I have no idea if he is still rebuilding these, or if the price is current.
