What was James Garner's connection to the '89 Indy? DontKnow:

He sat on the roof of one of the festival cars during the parade ... I got a picture of it somewhere ... and Garner also drove the pace car at the Indianapolis 500 race in 1975, 1977, and 1985 ... so must be worth the $$$ asked for it lol

it was called the "James Garner Special", i was there when it was built. my Father had a little part in the build of that car......worked on a few other cars for JG back in the day.....
