Radio Issue

I'm having an issue diagnosing a radio power issue. Radio Fuse checks out ok but still not working. I know the radio is good. I found out these cars have something called a convenience center which appears to have a radio fuse. Anyone know where this is or the likelihood of it being the issue? Any advice is appreciated....thanks.

Here's the TTA list of fuses:

The convenience centre is located just above the ECM link test ports on the right hand side of the steering column, so you need to remove the panel above the drivers knees and you will see it ... if I remember correct you might need to undo a screw or two to be able to fold it down and get to it (all the fuses and relays don't face down as the fuse panel does.).

do you have power to the radio at all or not? (so at the connector end of the dash wire harness).

I had the same issue. If I recall correctly, it is on the radio side of the steering column under the dash. Just take off the panel that goes above the drivers feet and it should be visible.

Found the convenience center, replaced the 20amp fuse....and the tunes are back!! Thanks for the help!
