Rear differential oil

What is the best way to change rear differential oil and what is the best type and kind to use? I heard it holds 3 pints.

u unbolt the rear end cover drain into a 5 gal bucket . if seal is good retighten an fill

put a TA performance diff cover on there while your at it, I did that along with the arp bolt kit, strengthens the rear as well as making future diff oil changes much easier

Use 75w-90 rear diff fluid with a small bottle of the posi additive. Any brand of that will work.

Julio says 3 pints, I say fill it till it comes out the fill hole. 2 quarts should be enough I think I used 1.5?

Get a new gasket and use blue silicone as well.
