Reverse Lights

My reverse lights don't work. Is there a switch?? Where is it?? Do they fail commonly??

Have you checked the bulbs.I think the switch should be under the center console by the shifter somewhere.

If you have the 1989 Firebird service manual you have the electrical schematic there to help figure it out.

Switch is on the gear lever, should be a fuse as well if I remember correct.
