Stumbling/cutting off after warm.

Hey all, I tried the search function but it is simply not working for me. Hoping for some help. I drive the car and park, when I go to restart it is stumbly and cuts off. It will continue to cut off while driving - this is bloody dangerous.

Any thoughts?
