Tire choices

Looks like I need a new set of shoes for the TTA (tires). Any recommendations out there? Be an easy choice if the Gatorbacks were around.

Anyone gone wider than the P245/ 50ZR16 stock tire in the rear? What’s the limit?

I used the Firestone Firehawks ... look great ... great rated tire and the least expensive price ... and of course having a TA with Firehawk on the sidewall doesn't hurt. my 2 cents.

Check out Tire Rack.com, they have good prices... The only thing that I don't like about the 245/50ZR16 tire size is, that the majority of brands that make that size are all directional tires & with the TTA front only & rear only wheels, you can't rotate them.

I and others have ran-run 255/50/16's on the back.

M/T 255 50 16's would be my first choice. Nitto's or F1's will last longer.

IMO, You are throwing your money away without traction.
