1997ws6formula

restoring TTA#59, if anyone has or knows of any plastic trim,rear, nos parts for rear, i need a left rear quarter pnl,both tail lights,center filler between lights,rear hatch and spoiler,20th ann. plug wires,etc-any help would be great-car has been sitting since 1994, and has 4724 miles-changed all fluids,new fuel pump,new plugs and wires,and it started right up-took it down the street and back, needs tires bad, from sitting so long, very hard to keep it straight, no traction at all...thanks to all for the help-john
 
Glad you hear your bringing it back to life John! Post up some pics of the car! We love to look! :) Hopefully you can haul it out to the reunion next year in Hebron, Ohio. Even if it's not done would be cool to see it!

What part of Michigan are you in? I just bought a TTA and live just outside Detroit.
 
Hi 97Formula and its2qik ... I live outside Detroit in Canton and drive mine all the time! We should get together. There's another guy on here with a few TTA's who lives local too (V6mi)
 
I think there are two sets of plug wires on ebay right now. Hawks should have the rear spoiler.
 
thanks for the reply guys- i live in oakland co. in the waterford area,just moved- i have the car at my house in the front yard, as i just unloaded it off the trailer yesterday, got it running,pulled the damaged hatch off,and pulled all the interior-i need some rear plastic pieces,broken when it was hit on the left rear, back seats need to be re-done, needs carpet and headliner,everything works, even the a/c- tires are bad from sitting, took it down the road and back, up to around 60, man, very impressive.i have had 5 offers as is in the last 4 days, i just say,sorry, not for sale- i am looking forward to doing it this winter, should be done in 3 or 4 months, as i do restorations for a living,and this will be an easy one. pics coming soon-

Welcome1997WS6formula!! Not to hijack thread, but Philly D, you live in Canton?? Pretty cool, me too but Canton, Oh, didnt know there was another-we have something in common!

97 if you're ever interested in taking a spin in one with 10K miles on it let me know ... come on down to Canton and we'll open 'er up! In fact, now that I'm thinking of it ... if it's nice tomorrow I'm taking her out for a spin.
 
Awesome Steve! I've put on about 1800 miles in the past year. It's awesome to drive and with this great weather lately there'll be more to come!
