Tta , Flywheel Issue

Hello all , im sorry to say i recently sold my tta with 26,500 miles.
Prior to selling i had a rear main seal leak repaired at a reputable shop. They replaced all gaskets. All was fine .
New owner drove car for 60 miles and spins a bearing or something to that effect, nevertheless requiring atleast $5000 in engine repairs. A respected GN mechanic has said the cars flywheel was changed by another owner due to the fact that there was no GM part numbers on .
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE FLYWHEELS ON THE TTA WERE THE SAME AS THE GN? Or were they changed prior to PAS installing them in the trans am??

GN mechanic saying it may not be properly balanced and caused the problem.

Bummer ...

Flywheel were the same from the factory; I got the documentation for both engines as built in Flint by BOC and they were the same ... what happened from owner no 1 and onwards who knows but don't see why someone would later change the flywheel to something different ...

the tta that I just bought has a terrible vibration coming from the engine. the motor is new and was balanced but the previous owner can't remember if the motor was balanced with the flywheel or not. will a zero balance flywheel solve this issue if it is indeed the problem? sorry for the thread hijack but it sounds similar to what I'm going through
