Turbo F-body project update

if you remember I posted a few months ago that I was collecting parts to drop my GN motor into an F-body

bought an 89 flame red GTA with 101,000 mi. paid $2,000 for it it has stock 5.7 that runs pretty good

installed 3" exhaust with a warlock muffler this muffler has a cutout built in

my 3.8 is at the machine shop
bored .020
J&E forged pistons
3 steel main caps
ARP bolts/studs
balance/blueprint


running out of cash so the engine might not make it into the GTA until winter time
(I need a new job)


I still need motor mounts

Hey, I'm working on the same project. My car is a white '89, t-tops, grey int. v-6 car that I pulled out of a junk yard for free. It has some damage all over but really hard in front. I own a body shop so those repairs will be quick, cheap and easy. It's learning how to get the GN motor in there and working with all the rest of the parts that's long, expensive and hard.
