DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY THE PLASTIC CONNECTOR AND RUBBER HOSES FOR THE TURBO? I AM GOING TO PULL THE INTERCOOLER AND CLEAN IT GOOD AND REPLACE SAID HOSES,SEE IF THE IDLE IMPROVES THANKS IN ADVANCE:cheers:

I was having a problem with my idle (45K miles) and my had replaced the fuel pump with a Walbro 340, fuel filter Hotwire, 60 lb tuned fuel injectors and updated the turbo tweak chip 5.6. He also used this procedure from Eric at turbotweak to adjust the IAC and TPS. Here is a ling to the procedure. I cannot pinpoint exactly what did it, I am sure all contributed, but my TTA runs better than a new one now thats for sure. Smooth constant idle and instant response on throttle. I would also do this procedure and see if it helps first. Eric from turbotweak is a maser at this and said the Fuel Pump should be the first thing upgraded on these cars.

Here is a good site i found that seems to all things related to our cars, I am sure they have the hoses, fasteners, etc you are looking for.
The fuel injectors, chip, and fuel pump came from eric at turbotweak.com, that was about 500, the hotwire kit came from racetronics.com. A good mechanic could do this in one day so you are looking at about 4-8 hours labor depending on the mechanic. I would use somebody that has worked on the buick turbo 6 for sure, so another 3-500 on labor. It was close to 1000, but i bought the car with 45k and had no history on it, so took it in for a good once over and had the issues that i knew about fixed from the start.
