Wastegate Solenoid

Had car in to fix oil leaks , change rear main, oil pan, gasket, valve cover gaskets, etc.
When I picked up car it was now over boosting
Vac lines are all new and so is wastegate actuator. I noticed hose is hooked to wastegate solenoid on the right prong with the clip on it. Not sure if they accidentally put it back on wrong side.
