I have a 96 firebird with a 5speed V6 engine and i just recently got it from a guy and he changed it from an automatic to manual. Its been driving great for the last 3 weeks and today when going into third it sounded like loose metal banging around and i don't know what it is. If someone could give me an idea of what it is that would be great. Thanks.
