Which exhaust systems sound the best on TTa's . Not to loud but something that sounds mean. My stock exhaust has a few hole's and I want a direct replacement including a hi-flow cat . Also if you know of any site's where I can shop for an exhaust . thanks....

Hi Mario. I'm very happy with the Dynomax muffler on my car. Stop by Captree beach Sunday morning and you can check it out. Weather permitting.

I just put on the Hooker. It fit fine except for the tailpipes. Both had to be cut down 2 inches. And the passenger side had to be bent in about 2 inches to clear the spare tire wheel well. So I had to have an exahust shop fix that. The muffler seemed very heavy. Maybe down the road I will swtich to a dynomax SS muffler. But this one sounds good. It has a little rumble to it.

The Hooker is a decent kit. I just do not like the muffler. But you can have a local exhaust shop install it and you could reuse your stock tips if you still have them.

I also have the Hooker catback and yes the hooker muffler feels like a concrete block. Im going to trade out the muffler for a SS Dynomax. I like the larger tailpies.

Just get a replacement muffler and add a dump with a electric cut-out.
Quite till YOU push the button. Nice thing is you can control the sound by having the dump open just a tad.
