Good ol' Andre.... I attempted to purchase a NOS steering wheel from him. Luckily the transaction was made through Paypal and I was eventually refunded the money. He kept telling me the steering wheel was in storage out of state and he would get it for me. He seemed legit as people were getting their items, some slower than others. The deal seemed to good to be true, in this case it was.
