Chevy Volt

The way Obama is making the Diesels change I might be in the gasser forever. No way in hell I am running a diesel where you will inject a byproduct of human waste just to keep the democrats's happy. :bash:

Global warming my ass. It is cold as hell here.

I concur.

My gun totin',flag waiving, survivalist friend just purchased a 2 year old Tundra. Said he did the the homework and it just didn't make sense to buy an American truck anymore.

So he hooks on his car trailer, puts on, oh maybe 2000 lb's of cargo and that was the LAST time he used it to tow.Guess what he tows with now...my old 1997 GMC K2500 with a 131K miles on it.

The only downside to that is he leaves the Tundra in my driveway...I mean geez...what if somebody sees it there?

I'll have to go into the federal witness protection program.

I love your signature WS6.haha Well, a friend of mine is going to tow my TTA to Ohio with his 2004 Tundra.
If we break down I'll call JAson:idea5: He likes picking on the old man anyways.haha

We have this debate every day at work. Trucks, cars, boats...

I came to the conclusion 8 out of 10 people say their GM is the best truck. 2 say, they are worst truck they ever owned:DontGetIt:. I never towed a day in my life so I would not know. :read: Later Amigo's haha

Don't get me wrong...his Tundra is a nice truck if used within' it's limits. The fit and finish of it is nice and the dealership treats him very well.

I just couldn't do it...he took allot of crap amongst our "tribe" with some of these guys just about dis-owning him.

Hey, in the end it's about where someone wants to spend thier money.So...

Friend of mine just rolled over 300k miles in his 1999 Chevy Silverado...His dad has a 2001 that has 402k-403k miles. Waterpump and fuel pump round out the maintenance. O and one FPR. They drive the piss out of them too...

Not bad. :cool1:
