Motor mounts

What motor mounts is everyone using and where did you buy them? I was under the car today and it looks as if one of my mounts is torn and dried out.

H&R poly mounts....and the current version doesn't transmit vibration like the older ones. They are a real problem solver,besides, engine tie downs are horky.
