1980 4.9 trubo inday pace car

I want to know how many different motors came in this years car, and is there is how can I tell what I have

1980 Turbo Pace Car only came with the 4.9 engine.

but was it a GM Olds or Pontiac motor.
Why I order Brake and gas lines for my car, and they said that these are the ones!! Ya but I have both sets of lines off and they dont match.
I told the guy "its A 1980 4.9 turbo pace car."
I figured and NPD they would know the detail of the cars they sell parts for. This place only sell parts for a few cars so it not like they have to sell parts for 100 differnt cars!

Your engine is Pontiac engine..... very rare one... only made in 80-81 in Turbo cars.

Take the lines back to the "bad" store and go to another one that knows there business.

You are looking for lines, the best places to go are Fine Lines and another one I can't remember right off the top of my head!
With these cars, you need to join car clubs (P.O.C.I.), pick up magazines that are related (like High Performance Pontiac), and hang out at the local car cruises and car shows!
Oh ya, go out and meet some people with the same car! Ask them the same questions! See what they used, and who. Use their feedback as well!
A really big car show, is the Trans Am Nationals, in Dayton, Ohio every year!

Thankyou for your help! I am not really far from that show I might go this year. I have a friend that lives I Mesa, I went there last year I really liked it in Az.
He did up a SS Nova turned out nice!
