2011 BPG Event Pricing

We have taken some time to adjust pricing based on feed back from members and non members and have come up with a new pricing structure for 2011. We have adjusted the pricing and are offering discounts for weekend passes.

2011 Friday
$20 spectator member
$25 spectator non-member
$40 racing before 6PM all makes/models
$20 racing after 6PM all makes/models

2011 Saturday
$20 spectator member
$25 spectator non-member
$40 member show
$50 non-member show (Buick only)
$40 member race
$50 non-member race (all makes/models T&T only)

2011 Sunday
$20 spectator member
$25 spectator non-member
$40 member race BUICK ONLY
$50 non-member race BUICK ONLY

Discount on spectator pricing
$45 member 3-day pass (save $15)
$60 non-member 3-day pass (save $15)

Discount on spectator/show pricing
$65 member 3-day pass (save $15)

Pre Registration allowed for members only to be posted in the members section

Refunds in the event of a track rain-out only...

Unused tickets can be rolled over to next year with a BPG members signature prior to the end of Event.

Tickets can be upgraded from spectator to race or show

All other ticket issues will be addressed on a case by case basis
 
Thanks for posting Sean. These prices look GREAT! To be around hundreds of turbo Buick's it's a drop in the bucket! :) Don't forget guys buy your passes NOW! That's what I do so next year that money is long gone and spent and out of my mind! :)
 
Brilliant, so me without a car just need spectator tickets then? Will you be able to buy at these prices "on the door" next year? Just not sure who from my family will attend just some days (daughter and wife) :-)
 
Yes you will need just spectator tickets for the weekend Jan. :)

What I do is buy the tickets now and get it out of the way. Or around the first of the year. This way by the time the event comes that money you spent was so long ago you forgot all about it! :)

But don't worry Jan your more then welcome to be my TTA driver over to the track every morning! You can get the feeling of a 30K mile stocker! :burnrubber:
 
Are the racing sessions "Test and Tune" style, heads up, racing for a number? Or, are there eliminations based upon bracket or index style racing? No TTA racing Sunday? TTAs raced in a separate class? Any additional info available on racing events would be appreciated.

OK, looks like I will be making this event. Bringing the hardtop for the show.
I just signed up for BPG membership. My wife is coming with me, so do I need a 3-day spectator/Show pass and then just a 3-day spectator pass for her??
 
Hey Rob! :) Awesome news! You are correct for the tickets you'll need. I'll get a link up with some pre-register info. BPG has a paypal so that works along with mailing it in. Stay tuned! :)

Well thats a bummer, there are no 3-day tickets or 3-day show/spectate tickets on the form!
Also, I filled out the BPG membership form last week, there was no link to pay, so I sent the $$ via Paypal...heard nothing back and have no BPG member # assigned.
