Hi Rusty4560!
O.K., the first thing to do, is to lean the front seat foward, after sliding it forward. Then, facing the rear seat, by sitting in as close as you can to the rear seat itself, push the lower seat section straight backtowards the rear of the car, and lift up. This should release the hook style holddown of the rear seat.
Repeat this on the other side with the other rear lower seat section.
After doing this, and hopefully, they both came out O.K., you will see 2 bolts holding down the top rear seat section. Unscrew these bolts.
As you pull the bottom of the top rear seat section out towards you abit, lift up on the whole seat. It should release the top rear seat section.
To put back in, just repeat the directions.
Hope this helps you out. Also, you may want to check out:

They are a second generation Trans Am website. Quite a few good guys over there! As far as I know, only a few guys here on this site, go over there as well (besides me that is).
Hope to see you over there,
George
