Another Rare TTA Item, TTA Jacket in XL

I got this a few days ago and it is getting hard to find one in XL, almost all the ones for sale are M or L. Its new with the tag on it. And these were made just over the mtn where I am from in Tn, they are made in Sylva NC, a small town near Cherokee NC, Smoky Mtns.:D

Nice! I have been in the market for one, but would want a medium. Have seen a few on ebay recently, but in different sizes. The prices on all TTA items is skyrocketing. Probably about 6 mos ago, someone (dont know if they are on the forum) scored a jacket for around $80. It was buy it now. Now that was a deal.

Thanks kymmee, Jim, phillyturbosix had one of these jackets lying in the front seat of his TTA at the TTA reunion. That was the first one I have seen. Wanted one ever since.
 
Very nice find with the tags still on there Mike.

I'm sure you are all aware there's 3 versions of that same jacket, the two that you could buy per Mike's link above then the version with the TTA nose emblem that say OFFICIAL PACE CAR embroidered underneath that Pontiac had made exclusively for the race (given to people attending/invited/VIPs etc.).

I got one of "special" ones not sold to the public however its size S so good for displaying ... and to be honest I would not wear it anyway.

Would like to get hold of the same one you have Mike one of these days for a reasonable amount of money.

Yes, I saw that. But $500 is a little high IMO. Always seems like everything is overpriced during tax refund season.:teehee: The money isnt burning a hole in my pocket that bad. I'm patient.
 
Wish I could find the jackets I can make anything TTA you want :)
