Hard to say without knowing mileage, but I'm gonna guess around $20k given the Thursday sale day.

Mileage appears to be low. I'm guessing around $28,000. Since this is Barrett-Jackson, it could even go higher.

I still can't understand why someone would overpay for a car just because it is being sold through Barrett Jackson. Makes no sense.

With a quick look I don't see the mileage listed? Does look like a great car.

For the price guess - it is the B-J circus - I'll go with $35K

I agree, people do tend to over pay just because they have the money. On top of the car price, they have to worry about auction fee's, hotels, driving there, transporting the car back to the new owners home, etc. Way more trouble than it's worth, at least to me.

I can't get a good look at the tires on my computer but judging by the sidewall design on the front tire, those might not be original. It is also missing the center cap.

I'm just going by the first paragraph of the ad "It even still retains original Goodyear Eagle Gatorback tires and Lexan T-tops."

I was going by that too and then I started looking at the pics. I could be wrong though.DontKnow:

Couple discrepancies I've noticed from the engine picture, and elsewhere.
1. The intercooler is in really bad shape, loss paint on the IC neck to the turbo, and the sticker is all jacked up on the top center of the IC.
2. The air intake is not 100% complete original to the car. The pipe coming off the turbo inlet bell is silver/chrome, shouldnt it not be black?
3. Steering wheel does not seem consistent with a super low mileage car. Slight peeling/wear in certain areas.
4. Scanmaster or something is stuck in the A/C vent right of the steering wheel.
5. Engine is kinda dirty!

I bet the car has 15-30k on it.

yeah you're right 8289, the glare would not be coming off the stock tires like that on the fronts unless they are really siliconed up and thats the paint stripe on the ground reflecting…the tread looks right.

Yeah the steering wheel got my attention but it's not uncommon for people to swap certain parts given the chance, so it needs a good look over and yes dirty eng. is a red flag....among other thing's.

From the photos, it looks like a ok example. I think I would rather have other TTAs that have been hugged and squeezed over the years like a stuffed bear...Ya know, some REAL attention paid to the vehicle. This one kinda looks like someone bought it, lost interest, it stayed appearance wise stock for many years after a crappy chip install...big deal..rather have a slightly modified one that someone cared about and made preferable mods in order to keep it modern and competitive..I think I'd rather have one that was driven and paid attention to.

Unless they have 5 orig miles, never been licensed and bubble wrapped for 25 years, they just aren't going to get more than even many lesser Grand Nationals with more miles. TTA's need to be absolutely mod free and a low miles (like 3K or less) hardtops to be worth the real big bucks. JMO...

low miles can also be a bad thing . As in the spings having pressure on 1/2 of the valve train. Fuel pumps bad fuel . And the brake lines and clapiers I had to do awhile back on mine from sitting in the garage.
